Sapiverse Terms and Conditions of Use

Last updated: September 19, 2026 · Version: 3.0

Company being incorporated. These Terms govern sapiverse.com, its installable web application (PWA), and features accessible through the account.

Purchases are also governed by the Terms of Sale, which take precedence on subscription-specific matters. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy: reading them does not constitute consent to optional purposes.

1. Who we are and scope

The Service is developed and managed by Sapiverse S.r.l., a limited liability company being incorporated, with its registered office in Italy (hereinafter “Sapiverse” or the “Company”). Until final registration in the Business Register, the founding partners act as representatives of the company being incorporated and are jointly and severally liable for obligations undertaken on its behalf, including subscription contracts and payments collected through the site.

Once registration is complete, all contractual relationships will continue with the Company without requiring further consent. Sapiverse can be contacted by email at support@sapiverse.com.

Provisional address for legal communications: Milan (MI), postal code 20100, at the founding partners’ address of the company being incorporated. The full address is provided to entitled parties on request to the email address shown and remains valid for registered letters with acknowledgment of receipt and certified email (PEC) until registration in the Business Register.

These Terms apply to information pages, restricted areas, the PWA, APIs, downloadable content, support and integrations actually available, including Stripe for payments and Google for authentication and videos.

2. The learning service

Sapiverse offers tools for independent study and preparation for entrance tests, university exams and school activities. Content is organized into Universes and learning paths, with chapters, theory, exercises and tests. Availability varies by Universe, published materials, permissions and plan.

Sapiverse is a preparation tool: it is not the body that organizes exams, does not award qualifications and does not guarantee results, grades or admissions. Test names identify the study context without implying affiliation with or endorsement by the relevant bodies. Always check announcements, syllabuses, dates and rules with official sources.

Content may be produced or reviewed with the help of artificial intelligence and may contain errors. You can report them to support. This statement does not exclude the service’s conformity obligations or legal remedies.

3. Age, registration and accounts

The service is intended for people aged 14 or over. Anyone under 18 must use it with the authorization and involvement of a person with parental responsibility. Purchases must be made by the authorized adult or with their involvement as required by law; the age threshold for privacy consent does not independently confer contractual capacity.

Provide accurate information and keep your email address and required details up to date. You can register with an email address and password or use Google when available. Email verification does not verify your age or ownership of a payment method.

Your account is personal. Protect your credentials, do not share them and report suspicious access promptly. For ordinary accounts, the service may maintain only one active session: signing in again may disconnect the previous session. Security restrictions do not result in the loss of the user’s mandatory rights.

4. Free access, Plus and Star

The service includes free access and paid plans. The Free plan has daily help limits; Plus increases those limits and enables additional features; Star offers help without a daily limit and the exclusive features specified in the offer. Daily counters follow the Europe/Rome time zone. “Unlimited” does not authorize abusive automation, bulk extraction or account sharing.

Included features, limits, price and applicable duration are presented in the offer and purchase summary. A subscription does not guarantee the existence of unpublished materials in every Universe. Trials, promotional access and rewards follow the conditions communicated when granted.

Unlocking help through rewarded ads is not currently available. The existence of an advertising preferences panel does not constitute a promise of this feature.

5. Progress, challenges and duels

Exercise modes may use different timing, scores and criteria. Practice provides feedback as you work; in mock tests, some information is available only at the end. Leaderboards may be seasonal and require a minimum number of valid attempts.

Levels, points, badges and learning rewards serve an internal function within the service: they are not money, financial instruments or academic qualifications. Manipulating them through bots, fake accounts or collusion is not allowed. Results affected by documented errors or abuse may be corrected proportionately, with the option to ask support for clarification.

Indicators and pass probabilities are estimates, depend on the available data and do not replace an individual educational assessment. Duels may make your displayed identity, activity and relevant match results visible to your opponent.

6. Universes, collaboration and shared materials

Authorized users may create Universes for the available study contexts and manage their learning paths. Owner or collaborator permissions govern the operations allowed; they do not transfer intellectual property in the content to the role holder.

Anyone publishing content must hold the necessary rights and respect third-party confidentiality and personal data. Do not upload databases, books, confidential tests, course content or other people’s materials without permission or another lawful basis. The availability of an upload tool does not grant a right to reproduce content.

Materials and their versions may remain available to other members after their author leaves the service. If the owner deletes their account, management of a shared Universe may be transferred to another member; a Universe with no remaining members may be deleted. Requests concerning rights to materials or personal data may be sent to support.

7. Chat, attachments and conduct

Chats are shared Universe spaces: messages are not private communications with Sapiverse. They may include replies, images, PDFs, duel invitations and learning progress events. Attachment availability and limits depend on enabled features; files may be blocked or held for security checks.

The following are not allowed:

You can block users, delete your messages and report content using the available features. Blocking is not the same as globally removing content, and deletion does not withdraw copies already obtained by third parties. The visible history may be limited; do not use chat as the only archive for your documents.

8. Reports, moderation and appeals

To report a message, use the dedicated feature. For materials or other unlawful content, write to support@sapiverse.com, providing a link or details to identify the content, the reasons for the report, any supporting evidence and contact details, except where the law allows anonymous reports. If you act for a rights holder, state your authority to do so. Reports must be specific and submitted in good faith.

Moderation includes reviewing reports, security checks and technical limits against abuse. Depending on the nature, severity, recurrence and risks of a violation, Sapiverse may remove content, restrict messaging or suspend chat access or an account. Automatic rate or file checks may prevent operations without constituting a final assessment of the content’s legality.

Measures must be proportionate. Unless prohibited by law or security needs prevent immediate communication, the affected user is informed of the reasons for and scope of the restriction. You may request a review by email, providing relevant information; legal remedies remain available. Reports and content needed to handle them may be retained separately in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property and license to user content

Software, graphics and materials belonging to Sapiverse or its licensors remain the property of their respective owners. Within the limits of your plan and available features, you receive a personal, nonexclusive and nontransferable license to use the service for study. Uses that cannot be restricted by law remain permitted.

You retain the rights to the content you upload. You grant Sapiverse a nonexclusive, royalty-free license, with the territorial scope necessary to provide the online service, to store it, reproduce it, adapt its technical format and make it accessible to recipients in the space you choose. Providers may carry out only the operations necessary to deliver this service. The license does not authorize use of your identity for advertising or transfer ownership of the content.

The license to uploaded materials lasts as long as necessary to make the content available under the sharing chosen and to manage its removal, backups and legal obligations. Shared work is subject to the rules in section 6, without prejudice to deletion rights and other mandatory rights.

For product suggestions, ideas and feedback you voluntarily submit, you grant Sapiverse, to the extent you hold the rights and within legal limits, a nonexclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable license to use, adapt and incorporate them into the service, without any obligation to pay compensation or credit your name. This provision concerns product contributions; it does not grant a general license to study materials or chat messages, make privacy consent irrevocable or limit moral rights, confidentiality or other mandatory rights.

10. Availability, updates and experimental features

Using the service requires an Internet connection and an up-to-date browser compatible with the requested features. The PWA can be installed from the browser on compatible devices; installation does not guarantee offline access to accounts, quizzes or materials. Connection, device and related costs remain the user’s responsibility unless the offer states otherwise.

Maintenance, updates and faults may cause interruptions. Sapiverse must provide the updates needed to maintain conformity and security for the period required by law and the contract. Further changes may be introduced for security, compatibility, educational development or service organization, at no additional cost and in compliance with applicable protections.

If a change negatively affects access to or use of a continuous digital service to more than a minor extent, the obligations to provide advance information on a durable medium and the right to terminate the contract free of charge within statutory time limits apply. Updating the Terms alone does not allow already purchased services to be withdrawn.

Beta features are marked experimental and may change. Limits communicated before joining do not remove data protection, security obligations or mandatory rights. Vulnerabilities may be reported to support; communications to authorities and other acts protected by law remain permitted.

Free experimental features, separate from purchased services, may be suspended, modified or withdrawn without notice when necessary for testing or security. In expressly identified test environments, test data may be reset under the conditions communicated at access. Preview information expressly marked confidential may not be disclosed without authorization, except for communications permitted or protected by law. These rules do not authorize removal of paid services or statutory remedies.

11. Account closure and suspension

You can delete your account in Settings by following the required checks. To stop renewal, first use subscription management or contact support: account closure and subscription cancellation are separate operations. Closure does not affect withdrawal, refunds or other rights already accrued.

Suspensions for security, violations or nonpayment must be limited to what is necessary; where possible, they are preceded by notice of the issue and an opportunity to remedy it. They do not automatically result in the loss of all amounts paid. The Terms of Sale and mandatory remedies remain applicable.

In the event of abuse, fraud or concrete risks to users and infrastructure, Sapiverse may act immediately, including before giving notice, and demand payment of amounts due and compensation for proven damages as provided by law. Suspension for a breach attributable to the user does not, in itself, entitle them to a discretionary commercial refund.

12. Liability and consumer rights

Sapiverse is responsible under the law for the obligations it assumes. Nothing excludes or limits liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or other cases where limitation is not permitted; consumer rights concerning failure to supply and lack of conformity remain intact.

Academic outcomes also depend on individual preparation, conditions and assessments outside the service. User content and external links do not automatically represent guidance approved by Sapiverse; this does not exclude legally required action following a relevant report.

An absolute absence of interruptions or suitability for individual goals beyond the features promised in the offer is not guaranteed. Sapiverse is not liable for events not attributable to it in the cases provided by law; compensation remains subject to the requirements for liability, causation and applicable rules on recoverable damages, contributory conduct by the user and the duty to prevent further damage. These statements do not exclude liability for providers or assistants where the law places such liability on Sapiverse.

For users acting for professional purposes only, to the extent permitted by law and subject to the exclusions above, liability for direct damage is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the event; indirect damage is excluded to the extent that such exclusion is valid. This limitation does not apply to consumers.

13. Changes to the Terms

The date identifies the document revision and does not retroactively change contracts. Existing users are notified of changes at least 15 days in advance, except for regulatory obligations or duly justified urgent security reasons. Longer notice periods and rights under the Terms of Sale and the law remain applicable.

For changes permitted by law and the contract that do not require express acceptance, continued use after clear notice and the effective date may constitute acceptance within applicable limits. New express acceptance is requested where necessary. Continued use never constitutes a waiver of mandatory rights, consent to new optional processing or authorization of charges not validly agreed.

14. Contact details, applicable law and disputes

You can contact support@sapiverse.com for assistance, complaints and enquiries about the Terms. For subscriptions, the procedures set out in the Terms of Sale also apply.

Italian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory provisions in their country of habitual residence applicable to the relationship. Consumer disputes fall within the jurisdiction determined by mandatory rules, including the consumer’s local courts where provided. For professional users, the courts of Milan remain competent to the extent that the agreement is valid.

Applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanisms remain available. The former European Union ODR platform is no longer operational; the list of ADR bodies can be found on the European Commission portal. This reference does not imply prior agreement to participate in any particular body.
