Delete your Sapiverse account
You can start deletion from the website even without the app installed.
- Log in and open the account deletion page, or go to Settings and choose to delete your account.
- If you have a subscription with active renewal, follow the instructions to cancel renewal and check the outcome before confirming deletion.
- Read the information shown, enter your password if requested and type CONFERMA.
What data is deleted
The procedure removes the account and linked application data, such as the profile, progress and preferences, and ends sessions. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete the account or cancel a subscription.
Shared work in Universes may remain available to other members. Some data may be retained separately for accounting, security, moderation or dispute-related obligations, according to the categories and periods specified in the Privacy Policy, section 7.
If you cannot log in
Use the password recovery or email support@sapiverse.com requesting account deletion and providing the associated email address. Do not send passwords, access codes or card details.
